3. How to add files or entries to the exclusion list?
Run Junk Files Cleaner, open "Options-> Skip List". Press "Add Folder" if you want to add a folder to the skip list or press "Add File" if you want to add a file; select file/folder in the opened window and press "Ok".

You can also add items to the skip list from the scan results. Select item from the scan results table, right-click the file/ folder and choose "Add to Skip List".

4. How can I scan with Junk Files Cleaner for a specific file type?
Run Junk Files Cleaner, go to "Options->Custom Funk Files Mask" check if the specific file type is in the list and if it is checked. If the file extension is not there click "Add" button and enter the specific file type in the shown window. Click "OK". Click Scan button to start scanning.
